(Just a thought I had today… It doesn’t seem all that practical in today’s day & age…)
It’s easy to sit and dream about what we want out ahead of us in some future time. We’ll keep it safely on the shelf where we can pick it up and look at it from time-to-time.
But let me ask you this…because I’m asking me this right now… sitting down in my basement after those words in the picture came drifting into my mind about an hour ago… Will we have the courage to leave behind the safe and predictable world we’ve created for ourselves in order to pursue that dream?
That safe and predictable world we’ve created may meet our basic needs; people may look at us and think we’ve got it all together… but on a Sunday afternoon with the weekend coming to an end, are you ready for your Monday? Are you excited about your Monday? Does your Monday stir passion within you?
Or is a voice calling out to you somewhere out there in the wild and completely unpredictable wilderness?
